FitZone was founded by Walaa Moatamed, a 14 years old experienced Instructor in the field of Fitness, by holding a Certificate in Primary Physical Education and Aerobics, Nutrition Workshop Certificate, LesMills participation Certificate, Certificate of Training Course at Life Fitness Academy, Certificate of Jukari Fit to Flex Training, and last but not the least LesMills Body Step instructor certificate.

Fitzone Gym and Fitness Centre Founder, Walaa Moatamed started to make her mark in the Fitness field in Egypt.

REPS Gym

A key to living well is staying fit and healthy. REPS Gym at CSA offers an array of activities for the whole family; it’s a place to get motivated and stay motivated. REPS Gym is equipped with exceptional equipment and you will find friendly staff to make you feel at home – perfect for those searching for a non-intimidating environment in which to achieve your fitness goals. Included in your membership you will receive a body composition analysis and three personal training sessions.

Our Group Fitness schedule has a variety of classes ranging from Circuit Training to Salsa Aerobics to Zumba, all designed for you to get your workout done early morning leaving you free for the rest of the day.

Belly Dancing and Tae Bo are ever-popular fitness classes that run throughout the year. In addition, Gymnastics and Ballet are all established classes in our children’s program.
